MARKETING & SALES/LEASING 

The Marketing and Leasing department offers services from initial tenant negotiations to completion of leasing arrangement with the best-suited tenants. Letting our experts handle all the stressful and time-consuming aspects of your rental property will allow you to have more time for doing the things you really enjoy. These services include, and are not limited to:

  • Initiating the search for new tenants the very day we are notified of existing tenants’ plans to move out

  • Deploying aggressive marketing strategies aimed at obtaining the highest rent rate possible

  • Tenant Screening: credit scores; employment history; criminal record; prior evictions and more.

  • Working closely with Section 8 and other voucher programs

  • Collaborating with our Maintenance department to ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in on the agreed date

  • Attending Landlord Court from start to finish to include evictions and lockouts

  • Two attorney's who proactively file evictions

Over the past 3 years we are proud to have been able to maintain vacancy rates under 2% across all our properties.
