What can I expect from the application process?

The application process follows this order:

1. You make an appointment with the leasing agent.
2. You fill out the application documents.
3. If your application passes, then you pay the security deposit and first month’s rent of your desired unit.
4. You sign the lease agreement.
5. You move into the apartment.
